Troubleshooting for vacuum packaging machine

Vacuum-packing machines can be as common as humans, so learn some simple troubleshooting techniques. Afripacker summarized the following points for the client:1. Low vacuum; 2. High noise; 3. Oil injection by vacuum pump; 4. Oil leakage by vacuum pump;5. Heavy oil fume of vacuum pump;6. No heating; 7. No stopping of heating; 8. Uneven sealing, non-tight or non-sealing steel box deformation adjustment steel box; 9. Heat one side, not the other;10. Pump rotation without vacuum pumping; 11. The cover does not work, etc.

1. Clean the vacuum pump with too little or too little oil, and replace with new vacuum pump oil; The pumping time is too short to extend the pumping time; Clog and clean or replace the exhaust filter; Close the power supply after the air leak. Check the solenoid valve, pipe joint, liquid packing machine for water/juice suction valve and the sealing gasket around the workshop for air leakage.
2. Vacuum pump coupling is worn or broken for replacement; The exhaust filter is blocked or installed incorrectly, clean or replace the exhaust filter and install correctly; Check the solenoid valve for air leakage and remove it.

3. The o-ring of the suction valve falls off, the vacuum tube on the pump's mouth is removed, the suction nozzle is removed, the pressure spring and the suction valve are taken out, the o-ring is gently stretched for several times, and then it is re-inserted into the groove and then installed. Replace the rotating blade with wearing.
4. Stop the oil return valve, unload the oil return valve and clean it (see the instruction for details); After the oil window is loose, remove the oil window and wrap the raw material or thin plastic film.

5. Clog or contaminate the exhaust filter; Pump oil pollution to replace new oil; Plug the return valve and clean the return valve

6. Replace the heating strip after burning; The heating time relay is burnt out (when the two lights are on at the same time, the OMRON lamp is yellow), and the time relay is replaced;Add hot line to burn off, replace with hot line, and install firmly; Control heating temperature band switch contact bad, repair or replace;The ac contactor that controls heating is no longer in position to repair (by airflow to remove foreign material) or replace; Replace the failed heating transformer.

7. The heating time relay has poor contact or burnt out, and the injection machine manufacturer adjustment time relay contacts or changes with the socket; Control heating ac contactor is no longer repaired or replaced.

8. Heating time and heating temperature are not adjusted to be appropriate; There is something attached to the heated cloth. Scratch it with your fingernail. Pressure solenoid valve does not act to clean or replace the solenoid valve;Replace the air bag with damaged one; Repair or replace the pressurized air pipe; Replace time relay (in electrical box);Check and connect the line break of the air release valve; The relief valve sticks or burns and is removed, cleaned or replaced

9. Do not heat the side of the packing bag and short-circuit the heating device (generally short circuit with the copper welding piece), adjust the position of the copper welding piece, or adjust the Juice packing film .

10. The studio will be closed tightly without the cover; Motor reversal (pay attention not to change the ground line, color line for the ground line); Insurance break (indicator light on) replace insurance with the same specification

11. Check whether there is power supply without power supply; The travel switch does not work to adjust the travel switch dial; Insurance broken (indicator light on) replace the same specification; insurance frequently burns;Replace and install any two - phase power cord (except ground wire) if motor reversal time is too long; Too high oil viscosity clean the pump and replace the oil in the fuse box with a short circuit in repair.
